Common Questions

Christmas Appeal FAQs

What items can I donate?

New, unused toys, books, games and gifts for any age group. Please avoid used items, as everything goes directly to KIND for children and families.

Does it cost anything to donate or be collected from?

Nothing at all. Collections across Liverpool & Merseyside are completely free for the full 12 weeks of the campaign.

Can any business become a collection point?

Yes — any business across Merseyside is welcome. Register your interest through the form and we'll arrange your collection box and poster.

How often will you collect?

We'll run regular collections throughout the 12 weeks. If you have a large amount ready sooner, just call or WhatsApp and we'll arrange an earlier pickup.

Who is KIND?

KIND supports children and families locally. LoadAndGo is proud to partner with them for the 2026 Christmas campaign, delivering every donation directly to their team.

I can't donate — how else can I help?

Following and sharing the campaign on social media helps just as much. Look out for updates as we track our progress towards 1,000 toys.
